You will also appreciate that access to our website is available at very reasonable charges as we want more of you to benefit from our portal. However, rapid changes in technology, have been forcing us to relook at our pricing owing to heavy technology and development-related costs.
In this situation we are constrained to rationalise the access charges to our website. Simultaneously, we also understand the need to protect our esteemed subscribers and with this mind we have decided to stagger the price escalation.
As a small beginning unused access time will no longer be carried forward to the next subscription period for all subscriptions received on or after June 15, 2010.
For current subscribers, starting from your next subscription, the accumulated unused hours in your account will be written off proportionately over the period of your next subscription. You are requested to exhaust the unused accumulated time within that time frame.
